Bailie Graner, RN, BSN, MSN, is an experienced nursing professional and educator with a strong background in clinical care, workforce training, and program development. She worked as a CNA from 2011 to 2014 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2014. From 2014 to 2025, she served as an Operating Room Nurse, building extensive hands-on clinical experience.
She is the founder and creator of innovative healthcare training programs focused on expanding access to education and strengthening the workforce. In 2017, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University. That same year, she began serving as a CNA Instructor at Bismarck State College, where she continues to teach today. In 2018, she also served as a Geriatrics Instructor at University of Mary.

Tara Fredrick, RN, BSN, serves as Program Director and brings extensive experience in clinical care, leadership, education, and community health. She worked as a CNA from 2007 to 2011 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2011.
From 2011 to 2014, she provided acute bedside patient care, followed by service as a Clinic Nurse from 2014 to 2
Tara Fredrick, RN, BSN, serves as Program Director and brings extensive experience in clinical care, leadership, education, and community health. She worked as a CNA from 2007 to 2011 before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2011.
From 2011 to 2014, she provided acute bedside patient care, followed by service as a Clinic Nurse from 2014 to 2017. She then advanced into leadership as a Nurse Manager in long-term care from 2017 to 2024, overseeing resident care, staff development, and operational excellence.
She also served as a CNA Instructor with Sanford Health from 2024 to 2025. Since 2024, she has continued serving her community as a Public School Nurse, supporting student health and wellness.

Tabitha Deraas, RN, BSN, MSN, has served as a Registered Nurse since 2011 with extensive experience in women’s health and surgical services from 2012 to the present.

From 2017 to 2021, she worked as an instructor at Bismarck State College and United Tribes Technical College, helping educate and prepare future healthcare professionals in their chosen paths.
